About
Philip’s practice is focused on representing individuals that have suffered serious personal injury. Whether those injuries were sustained in an automobile or trucking accident, on the job injury, slip and fall (or other dangerous condition), animal attack, or any other situation, Philip has committed over more than 25 years of law practice to helping those individuals navigate through the difficulties of dealing with greedy corporate interests and obstinate insurance companies. In addition to handling serious personal injury matters, Philip has also developed a reputation for aggressively representing individuals that have unjustly suffered at the hands of law enforcement. As a founding member of this law firm, Philip strongly believes in upholding the Constitution and protecting an individual’s civil rights, and the firm has a reputation for doing it well.
Philip is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama. He attended The University of Mississippi in 1994 and completed his law degree at Samford University (Cumberland School of Law) in 1997.
