I was injured in an accident and have medical bills. Who is responsible?

First of all, you must determine whether anyone is responsible. In a situation where someone’s involved in a one car accident, no one but the person driving is responsible. Assuming that another party caused the accident and you were injured, then that party will ultimately be the one that law refers to as the at fault party and will be responsible for payment of medical bills, pain and suffering damages, loss wages, etcetera.

The simple answer to a question who’s responsible and who must pay for my medical bills, it would be the at fault party or their insurance carrier who will ultimately step in and cover any damages that there may be.
