Will it cost me any money to bring an accident case?

Every attorney is different. Our firm does not charge an hourly rate of any of our clients to pursue an accident related case. Most attorneys who do accident or injury work charge a contingency fee. Basically, a percentage of the total recovery for the attorney’s time and efforts in pursuing the case. This is something you need to discuss with your attorney, but a contingency fee agreement does allow for the client not to worry at a time where money is most likely needed most, being out of work, paying for doctor bills, etc. It allows for that person to meet those obligations without having to worry about paying an attorney, especially if the attorney is unsuccessful in collecting money on their behalf.
