PHILIP: Oftentimes, when we see clients walk in the door, that they’re at the absolute lowest point in their life. And if you call our office and ask for appointments, you’re going to get an appointment. You’re going to meet with me or another attorney in our office. We often get clients from the internet. We have a big internet presence. But I would say the biggest source of our clients is referrals. Not only referrals from other law firms in town that may not do personal injury works specifically, but referrals from former clients who had been happy and pleased with their service here and recognize that we’re someone who’s looking after them as a person, not just looking out for the dollar.
