What do I need to prove to win my accident case?
Every accident case must have two really important elements. Number one, liability. What did the other person do wrong that caused your injury? Second of all, damages. I try and tell all of my clients, it’s kind of like a kite. A kite, in order for it to fly and fly well, needs wind, which would be your liability, and a tail, which would be damages. If you have a tail, which are damages, but no wind, the kite won’t fly. Vice versa is true. If you have wind and no damages, the same thing will not work. It’s important that you have both. For any successful injury claim, you must have liability, you must have damages.
